Colin and Justin, TV interior designers, famous for their lavish transformations of peoples’ homes – have taken on their biggest challenge so far: they have just 8 months to renovate a run-down housing estate in Glasgow and to do try and do this with the smallest budget they’ve ever been given.

With grand plans but very limited resources their challenge is to visually transform the Estate. More than that though, they have to make the residents feel proud to live there. But it’s not going to be easy. From trying to get people to treat stairwells with respect rather than as a public toilet to raising enough money to get a youth centre on the Estate, Colin and Justin may have just bitten off more than they can chew…
