RDFR secures exclusive interview to mistress of Tiger Woods

RDF Rights (RDFR), part of the RDF Media Group has picked up the rights to the exclusive NBC interview with Jamie Junger, one of Tiger Wood’s alleged mistresses.

RDFR has bought the rights to both the one hour programme for Today Show/Dateline and the raw interview. The interview was conducted by NBC anchorman Josh Manciewicz and originally aired on 11th December.  In the interview Junger reveals details about her alleged affair with Woods, an affair which is rumoured to have lasted for nearly a year and half in 2004-2005, less than a year into his marriage to Elin Nordegren.

RDFR has already secured sales in several territories. The footage was bought and transmitted by TV4 in Sweden and TV Norge in Norway. RTL Television Germany acquired the interview footage for use in their various magazine shows including “Exclusiv”, “Prominent”, “Punkt” and “Extra”. First German Television ARD also picked up the interview for their weekly magazine show; “ARD Brisant”.

The deal between RDFR and NBC includes worldwide rights (excluding US) as well as full editing rights.
