RDF Rights appoints new VP, US Acquisitions

RDF Rights (RDFR), part of the RDF Media Group, is delighted to announce the appointment of J.C. Mills as Vice President, US Acquisitions. He will join RDFR in June reporting to Jane Millichip, COO at RDFR. J.C. Mills will be liaising with US agents and producers, responsible for acquiring international TV distribution rights on behalf of RDFR. He will be based out of the RDF USA offices in LA. J.C. joins RDFR from Shine International in London where he was Sales Executive for finished programme, format, and VoD sales to the UK, Middle East, Israel, and Central & Eastern Europe. In coordination with the Los Angeles office, he also provided legal, operational, and finance-related council to the London office. J.C. began his entertainment career at LA talent agency Rebel Entertainment Partners, working for Debra Goldfarb, and prior to that practised law after being admitted to the New York State Bar.
